Beginner’s yoga

Yoga is a journey and every person will meet this journey from a unique experience, both physically and mentally. We will always leave the choice up to you when it comes to your yoga practice. All of the classes will be taught with a beginner’s perspective in mind and one can expect challenges along the way. Come as you are, in whatever headspace you may be in - you will always be welcomed with open arms. Classes offered weekly will likely balance and connect to one another, emphasizing a holistic approach to healing mind, body, and spirit. Yoga styles will vary dependent upon the needs of the person. We will continue to work toward accessible yoga practices for all and we are open to suggestions from participants. Please click below to see our class options.

Guided Meditation

Guided meditations can vary in time, style, and focus. Sessions may range from 1-minute to 25-minutes long and are dependent on a person’s needs and goals. Sessions may include journal prompts, creative outlet opportunities, and time for open reflection. Guided meditations can be done individually or with two other people of your choice. Our hope is to cultivate a safe space where the individual can reflect without judgement of others or self.

Group Specials

Larger sessions have so much potential and typically require more time and planning in advance. Groups are considered three people or more. Two-week notice is preferred to guarantee an intention-filled session with your group. Virtual session requests only for the remainder of the Winter season. Outdoor pop-ups available upon request in the Spring season, but limited to appropriate weather conditions. If your group has a reserved indoor space, we are happy to discuss further details for a group reservation.
