It’s wonderful to have you here! All persons are welcome in this space and you will always be encouraged to take everything at your own pace.

Please fill out this form to reserve your spot in a virtual yoga session with Cheyenne. Class options can be found in the drop box listed on this form. Here is the weekly schedule:

Monday @ 7 pm ~ Stretch Openers & Chair Poses (20 min)

Wednesday @ 2 pm ~ Peak Pose Vinyasa (50 min)

Friday @ 7 am ~ Full Body Strengthening Mix (45 min)

Private 1:1 or Private Group Classes: TBD

*Please be sure to list the correct date correlated with your desired class to ensure a reserved spot. Private 1:1 or Private Group classes, please list anticipated date you wish to schedule a session. Follow up regarding your request will occur within 24 hours and will likely be through email or a phone call. Be sure to check your email upon submitting an RSVP form for follow up information.

If you are unable to participate in any of the yoga sessions, but would still like to contribute to the growth of Grounding Movements, please feel free to make a small donation.
All donations will contribute to maintaining the website, providing the equipment needed for quality video content, and for the time required to successfully carry out the work. Sessions will remain free of charge at this time while the logistical paperwork is being filed.
We want to see the services and online community grow, but we can only do that with the support of others.
If you are unable to contribute financially, please consider sharing the website, social media pages, and any more information on Grounding Movements with your friends/family.
